What to include in your advertising email
- Company name and the product you want to promote.
- Preferred start month and how long you want to run.
- Logo (square PNG or SVG) and the click destination URL.
- Short card line (about 80 characters) if you already have copy.
- Any questions on pricing, rotation, or mobile placement.

Request remediation help
Use this path when you need help with a PHP runtime you cannot casually upgrade, including PHP 5.6 and later. Describe the operating system, the PHP integration, and whether a vendor advisory already names your package.
What a useful first note includes
- The distribution and release, or the image base.
- The PHP version string and the package version, if you have both.
- Whether the public site uses mod_php, PHP-FPM, CGI, FrankenPHP, or LiteSpeed.
- Constraints that block a same-week upgrade.
